The mission of Ohio Citizen Advocates for Chemical Dependency Prevention and Treatment is to eliminate the stigma and discrimination associated with alcohol and other drug addiction by:

Recovery Voices Count!
OCA was selected to lead the state in a national campaign with Faces and Voices of Recovery for Election 2008. The campaign has:
- Worked to get people registered to vote
- Educated voters on issues and candidates that impact the lives of people in recovery from the addiction to alcohol and other drugs
- Encouraged and helped voters "GET OUT THE VOTE"
