This year marks the 20th anniversary of National Alcohol and Drug Addiction Recovery Month established to promote the benefits of treatment for alcohol and drug use disorder, laud the contributions of treatment providers, and promote the message that recovery from alcohol and drug disorders in all its forms is possible.  Read more "About Recovery Month."

You may hear and use the attached Public Service Announcements about Recovery Month.  Just click on those you want to download and save.  Everyone is encouraged to post these announcements on your own web site to help spread the word about recovery!

Recovery Celebrations!

Ohio will celebrate with many events throughout the month. You can view a list of events by visiting
www.recoverymonth.gov  under “Community Events.” 
 
 
Two Rallies for Recovery are planned September 12th, National Rally for Recovery Day in Central Ohio and Cincinnati. Click on them to see flyers about both events. Plan to attend a recovery event in September to recognize the reality of recovery!
